Fred Ketcho joins BestMark as CEO with a goal of building on its 32+ year history as a pioneer in mystery shopping while simultaneously transforming the company for leadership in customer experience (CX) in the digital era. With Fred’s 20+ years of global business experience in various industries, including executive positions in Honeywell and Datacard and serving as CEO of several innovative small companies, he brings strategic plans for dynamic business results through prioritization and decision making in the ever-shifting CX ecosystem and landscape.
Fred has a distinguished background focused on strategy and business development, marketing and sales management. His disciplined process orientation and focus on the organization and its people have consistently delivered profitable growth and effective operational execution, all centered around the customer. His own large company experience has helped him understand how best to serve BestMark’s many Fortune 500 companies and get things done as these companies go through disruptive changes in their industries.

Fred received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and his Master of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. While at Lehigh Fred was on the basketball team. The lessons he learned in competition about the importance of team work and succeeding under pressure have become an integral part of his approach to management and organizational leadership.
